2004年秋、お互いそれぞれの音楽を追求するために結成。
約1年間、独自の音楽スタイルを確立するための準備期間を経て2005年12月より大阪を中心にライブ活動を始める。
静かに叫び、穏やかに狂うように繰り返すふじゆき(Vo)と、人の心の奥底につかみ掛かろうとする821(Ba)の2人編成。
ダークアンビエントを基調としつつ、ドローン、ドゥーム、ノイズ、エレクトロニカ、民族音楽からバレエ音楽まで、あらゆる恍惚音楽を飲み込み、時に呪術的に、時に語りかけるように、この世とあの世を繋ぐ幽玄な音世界を作り出している。
足元に無数の機材を並べ、ふたりだけであるのはもとより、歌とベースのみで繰り広げられる唯一無二なライブ・パフォーマンスも定評がある。
